Proby in 2000 as the President of the St. John’s Baptist Church Women’s (Mission) Ministry and served for ten years. She was appointed and served two terms as the Woman’s President of the Colorado Baptist Southern District Association. She also served as the Secretary for the Woman’s Auxiliary of the Western States Baptist Convention under the leadership of Woman’s President, Deaconess Alma D. Johnson which has been one of her most rewarding experiences. She was appointed as the WSBC Woman’s President in 2019 by Convention President Hendricks and continues to serve under President Thompson.
Minister Earline has been a member of the historic St. John’s Baptist Church since arriving as a military family in Colorado Springs in the Summer of 1986.
